Currency Considerations

All Giftnote gift cards are created based on the store currently. This is important to keep in mind if the store conducts business in multiple currencies. The store’s base currency can be viewed in the Shopify settings.

Checking Store currency

From the Shopify backend homepage, select ‘Settings’ on the left navigation bar.

In the store details scroll down to the currency tab. This section shows the set store currency.
