Issue Store Credit Directly from a Shopify Order

You can issue store credit to a customer without leaving the Shopify order page.

Where to find it

1. Open any order in your Shopify admin.
2. In the order's action menu (top right, "More actions"), select Issue store credit.

Issuing store credit

A panel opens with:

• Customer email — the customer who will receive the credit
• Value — the credit amount
• Expiry — choose None (never expires), Default (your account's default expiry), or Custom (pick a future date)

Submit to issue the credit.
