<p>You can issue store credit to a customer without leaving the Shopify order page.</p>

<ol>
<li>Open any order in your Shopify admin.</li>
<li>In the order's action menu (top right, "More actions"), select <strong>Issue store credit</strong>.</li>

<p>A panel opens with:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Customer email</strong> — the customer who will receive the credit</li>
<li><strong>Value</strong> — the credit amount</li>
<li><strong>Expiry</strong> — choose <strong>None</strong> (never expires), <strong>Default</strong> (your account's default expiry), or <strong>Custom</strong> (pick a future date)</li>

<p>Submit to issue the credit.</p>
