Analytics and the admin experience, revamped

Analytics and the admin experience, revamped

  1. An overview plus seven dedicated reports, one date picker

  • Every KPI is on one date picker, down to the day rather than the month.

  • Dashboards are pre-computed, so they load quickly.

  • Why this matters: faster answers to "how are we doing", at whatever time window you need.

  1. See who converts, and why

  • Recipients are tracked from the gift they received to the purchase they made.

  • See whether gifting wins you new customers or brings existing ones back.

  • Open a converted recipient and see exactly which gift won them over.

  • Why this matters: gifting's return on investment is finally visible, not a guess.

  1. Uplift and AOV, compared

  • See what a gift order is worth compared to a regular order — fair across stores and currencies.

  • Average order value for gift orders is benchmarked against your regular orders, refreshed nightly.

  • Why this matters: a clear read on whether gifting is worth more per order, not just in volume.

  1. A gift-card liability report

  • A dedicated report for accounting, covering outstanding gift-card liability.

  • Why this matters: one less spreadsheet to maintain by hand.

  1. Numbers that self-correct

  • Edits, cancellations, and refunds automatically fix the totals — and the whole analytics layer can be rebuilt from scratch at any time if you ever need to double-check it.

  • Why this matters: your totals stay accurate as orders change.

Integrations and notifications, rebuilt

Integrations and notifications, rebuilt

  1. All your integrations in one place

  • Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Ometria, Iterable, Attentive, Loop Returns, Rebuy and Shopify Flow are all set up from Settings → Integrations. The Yotpo Email integration has been retired. If you used it, see What's changed, retired, or needs your attention for what to use instead.

  • Why this matters: every tool's connection and events are managed from one page.

  1. Every gift moment is an event you control

  • Placed Gift Order, Gift Order Delivered, Received Gift Order, Redeemed Gift Card and more: pick which events send to which tool, and name them to match your existing flows and segments.

  • Placed Gift Order carries a Delivery Method property (Send Now, Send Later, On Delivery or On Fulfillment) and replaces the older Klaviyo events Giftnote - Order Scheduled and Giftnote - Order Tracked. Klaviyo connections set up before the September update keep sending both old metric names, so existing flows don't stop.

  • Send a test event straight from settings, in one click.

  • Why this matters: you decide exactly what triggers what, without guessing.

  1. See what went out, and fix what didn't

  • Every notification shows its status, with success or failure detail.

  • Retry or resend a notification from the gift order. Wait for the page to finish loading before you resend.

  • Why this matters: clearer visibility when something didn't go out, and a fast way to fix it.

Multi-gift and storefronts, rebuilt

Multi-gift and storefronts, rebuilt

  1. Bigger campaigns

  • Upload up to 1,000 recipients at a time, and large orders set up much faster than before.

  • Why this matters: corporate and bulk campaigns are no longer a slow, manual slog.

  1. Tax done right

  • Multi-gift tax now uses the tax values Shopify calculates from your store's tax settings. TaxJar is no longer used.

  • Every recipient is a real order — nothing is counted twice in your books.

  • Why this matters: accurate tax and clean accounting on every campaign.

  1. One campaign, one search

  • Every order in a multi-gift campaign shares a family code, so the whole campaign is one search away in Shopify.

  • Cancel the whole campaign or a single recipient.

  • Why this matters: a campaign is no longer a scattered pile of unrelated orders.

  1. Your own branded storefront, with a custom domain

  • Set up multiple storefronts, each with its own branding, pricing, and stock.

  • Add a custom domain yourself from the app — no developer needed.

  • Restrict a storefront to selected collections, with optional live inventory tracking.

  • Why this matters: a gifting portal that looks like yours, on your own URL.

  1. Share, resume, and don't lose work

  • Senders can share a link that reopens their draft on any device.

  • Upload recipients by CSV, or add them one at a time.

  • Why this matters: building a big campaign no longer has to happen in one sitting, on one device.

  1. Addressless gifting

  • Buyers can send a gift with just each recipient's name and email. Every recipient gets an invite, confirms a one-time code and enters their own shipping address. The gift ships once they do.

  • It's in early access: switch it on in a storefront's settings, or chat with us and we'll turn it on. See Addressless gifting.

  • Why this matters: corporate buyers rarely have every recipient's home address. Now they don't need it.
