Giftnote v3 is live — the app looks different while we update these docs

We have just released a brand new Giftnote interface. Some articles still show the old screens while we rewrite them. Email support@giftnote.com and we will help in the meantime.

We have just released Giftnote v3, a completely rebuilt interface for the Giftnote app. If you have opened the app and it does not look like the screenshots in our help centre, nothing is broken — you are simply on the new version.

What this means for these articles

We are rewriting the help centre to match v3. That work is underway and will take a few days. Until it is finished, some articles will still show the old screens and the old menu names. The underlying steps are almost always the same; the buttons have just moved or been renamed.

Every affected article carries a note at the top so you know what you are looking at.

If you get stuck

Do not waste time hunting for a menu that has moved. Email support@giftnote.com with your store URL and what you are trying to do, and we will walk you through it in the new interface.
