Multi-gift campaigns — where a sender ships gifts to many recipients at once — got bigger, faster, and more flexible in v3.

Bigger campaigns

• Tax done right — TaxJar is retired. Giftnote uses the tax values Shopify calculates from your Shopify tax settings.

• One family code — every order in a campaign carries a shared code, so the whole campaign is one search away in Shopify.

• Clean cancellations — cancel a whole campaign or a single recipient, with everything tidied up automatically.

Your gifting storefronts

A storefront is the branded page where a sender builds their multi-gift order. In v3 you can run up to three storefronts per store, each with its own name, branding, pricing, and products — set up from Settings → Multi Gifts.

• Custom domains — give each storefront its own web address from its Advanced tab: claim a free giftnote.shop address instantly, or use your own domain.

• Share & resume — a sender can reopen a draft campaign on any device.

• Price-tiered free shipping — set named spending thresholds that make all shipping free or upgrade a chosen rate, instead of one single free-shipping number.

• Collection-gated catalogues — restrict a storefront to a primary collection plus additional collections, with an option to track live inventory against Shopify.

• Upsells — offer a cart upsell or order upsell collection as senders build their campaign.

• Charge for the service — add your own order fee (a percentage or a flat amount) and an optional message fee on a storefront's Pricing tab, and set order minimums: order total, per-recipient cart, or number of recipients.

Help buyers find it, and follow along

• Multi Gift button — add the Multi Gift Redirect block to your product pages in the Shopify theme editor to send shoppers to your storefront.

• Gift progress on the thank-you page — the Multi Gift Progress block shows buyers their order's status and recipient count after checkout and on the order status page.

Multi Gift is included on the Professional plan only. Your Multi Gift rate is shown on Settings → Subscription. To add or manage a storefront, go to Settings → Multi Gifts in the Shopify app.
