Klaviyo Giftnote Events

Here is a list of all currently available events that Giftnote provides for Klaviyo to use. Currently, the events are split into two main categories; events that account for products and events without products.

These definitions will consist of items that can be found within the events. However, this will vary between different gift messages.

Events with products

Giftnote - Order Scheduled
Sent when a customer creates a scheduled order message. This message is intended for the sender of the gift note. Event details will consist of the products, gift card, message, and sending schedule set by the sender.

Giftnote - Order Tracked
Sent when a customer creates a tracked order message. This message is intended for the sender of the giftnote. Event details will consist of the products, gift card, message, and confirmation that order tracking has been set up.

Giftnote - Order Delivered
Sent when a customer's order message has been sent to their recipient. This message is intended for the sender of the gift note. Event details will consist of the products, gift card, message, and confirmation gift note has been sent.

Giftnote - Order Message
Sends the order message to the recipient of the gift message. The event details consist of the products, gift card, and message.

Events without products

Giftnote - Voucher Scheduled
Sent when the customer created a scheduled voucher message. Sent the sender of the message. The event details consist of the gift card details, message, and schedule details.

Giftnote - Voucher Delivered
The customer's voucher message has been sent to their recipient. Sent to the sender of the message to confirm the gift note delivery. The event details consist of the gift card details and message.

Giftnote - Voucher Message
Sends the voucher message to the recipient. Event details consist of the gift card details and message.

Giftnote - Voucher
Send a regular gift card or store credit. Sent to the recipient when there is no message set. The vent details consist of just the gift card details.
