With Shopify Flow and Giftnote, you can automatically reward gifters, recipients, and loyalty members.

Flow setup e.g

  • Trigger: Order message delivered – Giftnote Gift Messages & Cards

  • Condition: Order total > $100 (or any value you set)

  • Action: Add loyalty points to customer (via your loyalty app)

Tip: Awarding points only after delivery prevents cancelled orders from earning rewards.

Flow 2: Reward Tier Upgrades with a Gift Card

Celebrate milestones in your loyalty program with an automatic gift card.

Flow setup e.g

  • Trigger: Customer tier upgraded (from loyalty app)

  • Action: Issue gift card via Giftnote

  • Value: Choose amount (e.g. $25)
