Integrations and notifications
Every connected tool now runs through one shared model, with more control over exactly what gets sent and when.
The lineup
Klaviyo, Yotpo, Iterable, Attentive, Dotdigital, and Ometria are supported for marketing, and Loop Returns, Rebuy, and Shopify Flow for operations. Connect or configure any of them from Settings → Integrations.
Yotpo connections made before our big September 2026 update keep working, but Yotpo itself has discontinued this product — new stores can no longer connect it, and a store that turns it off can't turn it back on.
Every gift moment is an event
Each gift moment is its own event. For gift orders these are Placed Gift Order, Gift Order Delivered and Received Gift Order, and gift cards have their own events, such as Redeemed Gift Card. Choose which ones trigger a send, and rename each one to match your flows, per integration, from that integration's settings page.
Placed Gift Order includes a Delivery Method property (Send Now, Send Later, On Delivery or On Fulfillment). It replaces these Klaviyo events from the previous version of the app: Giftnote - Order Scheduled and Giftnote - Order Tracked. If you connected Klaviyo before the September update, Giftnote keeps sending both old metric names too, so existing flows don't stop. New setups should use the new names.
Per-channel control
In Settings → Notifications, every event is broken down by category (Gift Orders, Gift Cards, Multi Gift, and more), and each event lists its channels: email, SMS for the recipient's gift message, and your connected integrations — SMS availability depends on your plan.
Test before you rely on it
The Klaviyo, Iterable, Attentive and Ometria settings pages have a Test button for each event and a one-click Test All, and every email template has a "Send test" action so you can see exactly what a customer will receive before you turn it on.
