How to connect Iterable

Heads up — Giftnote v3 is here and the app looks different. We have just launched a completely new interface, so some screenshots and menu names in this article are still from the old version. We are updating the help docs over the next few days. In the meantime, if you get stuck, email support@giftnote.com and we will help you out.

Use our integration with Iterable for total control and customization of the gifting journey.

Configure Iterable from the Giftnote Dashboard.

Open the Giftnote App inside your Shopify Admin
Navigate to settings > integrations

Click configure to open the settings
We'll need to add an API key

Go to Iterable and head to Integration s> API Keys

Create a new Server-Side API key for Giftnote

Copy your API Key
It'll only be shown once!

Enter the API key into Giftnote and save

Click "Send test events" to send sample events to Iterable
Head to Insights > Events

You should see the sample events from Giftnote

You can use these events to as custom triggers in your flows.

Enable the integration back in Giftnote and hit save
You've now connected Iterable to Giftnote!
