What you can use on the free plan, Core and Professional, and where to find help for each feature.

Giftnote has a free plan and two paid plans. This page shows what each one includes, so you know which help articles apply to you.
On the free plan? You can use Gift Audit. Everything else in this help centre, like gift messages, gift cards and Multi Gift, needs the Core or Professional plan. Both come with a 30-day free trial.
What each plan includes
See your plan or change it
- Open Giftnote from the Apps section of your Shopify admin.
- Go to Settings > Subscription.
- Your current plan is at the top. Choose a different plan below it to upgrade or downgrade.
If you move back to the free plan, your data is kept. New gift messages and gift cards pause until you pick a paid plan again.
