Use our integration with Ometria for total control and customization of the gifting journey.

Settings β†’ Integrations β†’ Ometria. Enter your Ometria API key to connect.

Connect Ometria

  • Open the Giftnote App inside your Shopify Admin
  • Navigate to Settings > Integrations
  • Find Ometria under Marketing and click Configure (or Settings if it is already connected)

Ometria connects with an API key. On the Ometria settings page, enter your Ometria API key. Save if a save bar appears. Once connected, the Connection card shows Connected via API Key with a Disconnect button. Turn on Integration Enabled if it is off to start sending events to Ometria.

Setting up Ometria for the first time?
The Ometria integration is newly available, and final production checks happen on the first live merchant connections. After you connect and send test events, chat with us using the chat button in the help centre or in the app so we can confirm your events are arriving correctly.

Available Giftnote Events

Under Notification Events, switch each event on or off (or use Enable All / Disable All). Select Edit to change the event name Ometria receives, Preview to see it, and Test or Test All to send test events.
