7. Where to find your client's gifting data

Where each gifting number lives: Giftnote Analytics, Shopify Sidekick and Klaviyo, plus a read-only AI prompt to pull the Klaviyo side.

Everything you need to show a client what gifting does for them is in three places: Giftnote's Analytics pages, Shopify Sidekick and Klaviyo. Here's what lives where. Client not on Giftnote yet? Their gifting data starts once Giftnote is installed; until then, the free plan's Gift Audit shows which past orders look like gifts.

Giftnote is the source of truth for gifts, gift cards and conversions. Klaviyo is the source for emails and subscriptions. Set the same date range in each before you compare them.

2. Ask Shopify Sidekick

Sidekick is Shopify's AI assistant in Shopify admin, and Giftnote connects to it. With collaborator access to the client's store, select Work with Sidekick and ask. Mention Giftnote so Sidekick knows to use it.

Sidekick only reads and opens pages; it never changes a gift. More questions to try are in Ask Shopify Sidekick about your gifts.

3. Pull the Klaviyo numbers with AI

Before you run any prompt. AI tools make mistakes. Only run this for clients who've given you permission, and check every number before you share it.

Rules for this task:
- Work only in the Klaviyo account for [CLIENT NAME]. Tell me the account name before you start.
- This task is read-only. Don't create, change or delete anything.
- Report counts only. Never show customer names, emails or phone numbers.

Task: gifting numbers for [CLIENT NAME] for [PERIOD]. Leave out test events.

1. Gift recipients: unique profiles with Received Gift Order or Received Gift Card.
2. Of those, how many had no Placed Order before their first gift (new to the brand), and how many have ordered since.
3. Recipients who subscribed to email in the period.
4. Gifters, and how many have sent 2 or more gifts.
5. For each Giftnote flow: trigger events, emails delivered, open rate and click rate.
6. Redeemed Gift Card events.

Give me a table with each number and how you counted it.
