How to connect Iterable

Use our integration with Iterable for total control and customization of the gifting journey.

Configure Iterable from the Giftnote Dashboard.

• Open the Giftnote App inside your Shopify Admin
• Navigate to settings > integrations

• Click configure to open the settings
• We'll need to add an API key

• Go to Iterable and head to Integration s> API Keys

• Create a new Server-Side API key for Giftnote

• Copy your API Key
• It'll only be shown once!

• Enter the API key into Giftnote and save

• Click "Send test events" to send sample events to Iterable
• Head to Insights > Events

• You should see the sample events from Giftnote

• You can use these events to as custom triggers in your flows.

• Enable the integration back in Giftnote and hit save
• You've now connected Iterable to Giftnote!
