Giftnote Integration with Loop

Giftnote integrates with Loop, allowing for the simplifying of the return process with Giftnote orders. This will need to be managed in the Giftnote app.

This guide is intended for existing users of Loop.

Activating the integration

From the Giftnote dashboard, select the ‘Settings’ option from either the top or left navigation.

Select ‘Integrations’ in the navigation bar under the main.

Then select Configure next to the Loop Returns section. This will open a popup for the integration settings.

Adding the Loop Returns module into Giftnote notifications

From the Loop Returns integration popup select the order message link to quickly navigate to the order message settings.

On the left side settings scroll down and enable the loop returns link. This will add the Loop Return module to the notification. Currently, this cannot be modified in Giftnote.

Klaviyo integration

For experienced Klaviyo users.

If Giftnote is integrated with both Klaviyo and Loop Return the Order message event will additionally contain the Loop Return link variable for use in the Klaviyo flow.

This variable can be linked and customised if needed.
