Settings, plans and what you can configure

Every Giftnote setting now lives in the app under Settings. Use the table below to find where an old setting moved. Your settings carried over, so you only need this when you go looking for something.

Billing→ Settings → Subscription
Widgets→ Settings → Gift Orders (and its designs, under Configure)
Notifications→ Settings → Notifications, now with settings for each event and channel
Exports→ Settings → Exports (unchanged)
Integrations→ Settings → Integrations (unchanged)
Multi Gift Settings→ Settings → Multi Gifts, and its Advanced settings
Multi Gift Offerings→ each storefront's Products tab
Multi Gift Branding→ each storefront's Branding tab

New in the September update

  • Merchant API: create and manage an API token for your own integrations in Settings → Merchant API.
  • Widget designs: save up to 10 widget designs, name them, and choose which one is live on your theme, checkout and order status page.

Plans

Your plan, usage and upgrade options are on Settings → Subscription. Features outside your plan stay visible in the app, with a way to upgrade.

  • Core is $19/month and Professional is $99/month. Both include 20 credits, then $1 per gift message or gift card.
  • Multi Gift is on Professional only. Your Multi Gift rate is shown on Settings → Subscription.
  • Your first month is free when you first subscribe, but per-gift charges still apply.
  • Legacy and custom plans stay as they are, and you don't need to switch. Professional features, such as Multi Gift and the Giftnote API, need the Professional plan.
